1. What do I need to become an affiliate? Nothing. You don't even need a website (although having your own website helps). You can promote our product via search engines, postings in internet forums, blogs, product review sites, emailing to your contacts, distributing your brochures and business cards. All you need to do is to send a visitor to our site via a special link (called 'affiliate link'), and if he or she buys anything from us, you will get a percentage of the sale!

2. How do I know I will be paid for my referral? The Eco Pet Solutions Affiliate Referral program is powered by an enterprise level affiliate tracking software system. We use a combination of cookies and the IP address to track referrals for best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on their computer. When the visitor pays for the product, the affiliate system checks for cookies (if not found, it then checks for the IP address of the referral) and credits your account a percentage of the sale. This process is 100% automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

3. How are commissions handled? Commissions are paid in US dollars on the 15^th of each month for the referrals of the previous month’s referrals. You can choose if you want to be paid by PayPal or check*. * A $5 USD processing fee applies per payout.

4. How do I set up an account? Setting up an account is very easy and it's completely FREE. You don't have to join our affiliate referral program. Simply fill out our Signup Form. After a review from our affiliate manager, you will receive an email with your password and other important information about the program.

As an affiliate, you will have your own control panel where you can see detailed statistics of traffic and sales you referred, news and training materials, and choice of banners and text links. Then you only need to place an affiliate link, banner, text link or other link at your web site or place ads in pay-per-click search engines, so you can start making referrals.

5. What is the affiliate link? Affiliate link is a special URL where you should be sending the visitors. You will get the URL's for different banners in your affiliate panel after log in. Example http://pottypark.com/affiliate7613

6. Can I promote you through pay-per-click search engines? YES! You can promote us through pay-per-click search engines. In fact, this type of promotion becomes increasingly popular and we are aware of many affiliates who promote this way and making a very handsome profit.

7. Do you have any training programs for affiliates? Yes, the basics of affiliate marketing and the most useful tips are described within your affiliate control panel. You can also find many tips and techniques within our affiliate referral program forum.

8. Do I need to carry an inventory?  No. Our Referral Program has been designed to allow you to make commissions without having to invest money in product inventory.

9. Do I need to purchase a Potty Park™ to participate?  You don’t need to purchase a Potty Park™ to participate within our affiliate referral program, but we recommend that you do. Owning your own Potty Park™ will help you to understand the products many benefits and makes for a great demonstration tool. We’ll even double your referral commissions if you purchase a Potty Park™!

10. How many Potty Park’s™ can I buy?  Because we are offering an affiliate discount, we only allow a maximum of 4 Potty Park’s™ per person. Please inquire about additional units under special circumstances.

11. Is there a return policy if I’m not completely satisfied? Absolutely! At Potty Park™ we pride ourselves in providing 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund less shipping & handling and a 20% inspection and repackaging fee.

12. What if I ordered the wrong size?  If you’ve received your Potty Park™ and would like to exchange it for another size, simply return the item for a size exchange. You will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee and the return/reshipping fees and any pricing difference between sizes.

13. Can my family/friends/customers pass out my referral offers to their friends?  Absolutely, we recommend it! Each and every time your referral code is used you will receive your commission, no matter if you referred the sale or not!

14. What if I sell a lot of Potty Parks™, will I receive anything special?  Of course you do! We are developing great incentive promotions that will award top selling performers on a variety of levels. Keep an eye out for these upcoming promotions within your affiliate zone.

15. I’m ready to join, what do I do now? Getting starting in the Eco Pet Solutions Affiliate Referral Program is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. Go to the Signup Form and fill it out.

Once you’re approved as a Jr. Affiliate you will be emailed your login details and be paired up with an affiliate mentor whose main goal will be your success! They will introduce you to the program and walk you through all the necessary steps. Anytime you are unsure simply send them an email or contact them by their preferred contact method.

2. Login to your new account

Login to your affiliate account, here you will find useful training, marketing, promotion and selling tools. These include product and company information and training materials, product pictures, videos, flash animations, website banner ads, email ads, business card and brochure templates, and our affiliate forum.

Within your affiliate control panel you’ll also be able to monitor your referral sales, see how much you have made in total, this day, week, month, and see how your Jr. Affiliates are doing, you will also hear about exciting promotions, contests and updates for our affiliates.
